- PULLED ACT MOTOR ON DRIVER SIDE AND FOUND THE PREVIOUS REPAIR DID NOT HOLD, VEHICLE STILL NEEDS HEATER CONTROL BOX ASSY INSTALL APPROX $3900.00 CUSTOMER REQUEST US TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAT MAY FIX PROBLEM, WE PULLED DOWN LOWER DASH TO GET TO ACTUATOR MOTOR AND THEN I ADDED SOME SHRINK TUBING TO ACT SHAFT TO MAKE SHAFT LARGER SO IT WILL FIT IN THE HVAC DOOR HOLE TIGHTER AND TURNS DOOR AS IT SHOULD, SO FAR THIS IS WORKING GOOD

ALSO FOUND MIS FIRE CODES FOR CYLINDER NUMBER 6, PERFORMED COMPRESSION TEST ON THAT CYLINDER AND FOUND 65 PSI, WILL NEED MOTOR , THIS WILL CAUSE ROUGH IDLE DUE TO CYLINDER NOT FIRING
- REPAIRED ALL WIRING IN TAILGATE HARNESS. NO CLASS 2 COMMUNICATION ISSUES PRESENT AT THIS TIME.

RECOMMEND CUSTOMER DRIVE VEHICLE AND BRING IT BACK IF THE TIMING CHAIN NOISE BECOMES MORE PREVALENT.
